1. Tasks:

• Management of all experimental anomalies emerging from the development of the assigned project
• Report the status of project anomalies with a weekly update
• Presentation of the top 10 emerging anomalies
• Responsible for defining the severity of the anomaly
• Development of specific tools for the management of anomalies and their implementation
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, through which to manage the anomaly in all phases of the project, minimizing the impacts on development times
• Create specific validation plan for issue resolution

2. Responsibilites:

• Management of anomalies and their resolution
• Integration of the anomaly validation plan into the overall testing plan
• Identifying the effects of anomalies on the vehicle development plan
• Defining resolution plans and validation of anomalies
• Reporting incidents to any company level
• Implementation of temporary and definitive solutions
• Development of specific tools for the management, maintenance and resolution of anomalies

3. Required skills and competencies:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Previous experience working in high-stress environments
• Propensity for teamwork
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle systems and architectures
• Excellent knowledge of powertrain systems (ICE-PHEV-BEV)
• Excellent  knowledge of HV system and functionality
• Excellent knowledge of component and vehicle development processes
• Previous experience working with suppliers and managing them
• Good knowledge of Matlab – Concerto and ETAS/Vector applications
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Qlik/ Power BI)
• Good knowledge of probability, distribution functions, histograms, confusion matrix
• Good ability to create reports with Data Visualization tools (Power Bi, Qlik view)
• Knowledge of the main analysis methods: 6sigma, 8D, Ishikawa
