We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Project Manager to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the best automotive companies in the world, leading some extremely exciting projects with our current and future clients and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external professionals.  These collaborations will include maintaining project management responsibilities to ensure deadlines and project success. 

 

1. Responsibilities

  • Leading project and meeting business case objectives during the project life cycle
  • Managing the customer/end-user meeting expectations and assuring the quality of project deliveries
  • Meeting governance criteria and benefits realisation

 

2. Main tasks

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

3. Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic development
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • Preferable experience in Automotive
  • Background in Mechanics and Electrics
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills (clear direction, respect, consistency, decisiveness, accountability, conviction, cooperation, good communication)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
