1. Tasks:

• Collaborate with external partners to develop BUGATTI-RIMAC development processes and procedure​s
• Monitor, Validate and Share the latest state of art of the Vehicle BoMs.
• Establish and maintain documented work procedure in collaboration with R&D departments for process optimization and control standards.​
• Assign to R&D Engineer Part numbering accordingly with our BR standards.
• Aid Engineering BoM structuring and Releasing according to Variant Configuration strategy and BoM maturity standards.
• Apply / Maintain configurable BoM content
• Analyze data for reporting purposes – BoM Health
• Engage / Coordinate stakeholders to resolve BoM Data challenges

• Part numbering deployment 

2. Responsibilities: 

• Lead Guideline deployment for BOM creation ​
• BOM accuracy validation and cascading it down on a weekly/monthly basis  ​
• Part numbering assignment and rule revise  ​
• Current PLM system analysis and troubleshooting  ​
• Research for CAD data management ​
• BoM, PDM, PLM system enhancement ​
• Support the Integration between CAD/PLM/ERP System
• Escalate topics to superior ​
• Proposing procedures and processes to develop and implement best practices and increase efficiency in the PLM & BoM Environment ​

3. Required skills and competencies:

• Fluent English in spoken and written form​
• Leadership and collaboration skills (clear communication style, problem solving, critical thinking, respect, drive, consistency and cooperation)​
• Multi- Faceted skillset and the ability to multi-task effectively on different system/components and assignments​
• Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines and goals.
• Knowledge on the Process and procedure standards
• Demonstrable knowledge of key concepts such as BoM Management, Variant Configuration etc. (Experience on these topics on 3D Experience is preferred)
