Tasks and responsibilities:

 

- Defines the solution proposal, architecture and solution implementation in accordance with the business requirement, Enterprise architecture guidelines of the targeted IT architecture and prescribed standards
- Through the processes of "design thinking" and team collaboration, presents new ideas and ways of solving problems, thus supporting the problem-solving process, holding the team and himself responsible for the results
- Proposing and leading experimentation in MVP creation with new technologies
- As part of the project or adaptive teams, transparently define the risks, scope of changes, quality and delivery time
- Defines desired datasets, applications, technology and overal solution for PLM domain
- Defines and manages migration steps from the current to the desired state of the enterprise-wide architecture
- Actively participates in defining KPIs, measurement and reporting methods for processes that support the smooth functioning of the PLM architecture
- Leads, mentors and coaches younger team members in order to increase the knowledge and capabilities of the team
- Verifies and confirms proposed solutions considering PLM standards and principles of performance towards the external environment in a way that participates and contributes to the PLM community of development experts and disseminates the acquired knowledge in internal and external circles through workshops and conferences

 

 

Requirements:

 

- 5+ years of experience in one or more CAD tools or platforms (Catia V5, SolidWorks, 3DExperience…)
- 5+ years of experience in one or more PLM tools (3DExperience Enovia, Siemens Teamcenter…)
- Excellent understanding of CAD and PLM model objects (in at least one of CAD and PLM tools) and their relations
- Excellent knowledge of PLM and it's tools (change management, variant and configuration management...)
- Deep understanding of how PLM should be connected to different SW solutions in the company (ERP...)
