We are seeking a Recruiting Partner to join our growing team! In this position we don’t just wait for a job opening announcement to start looking for candidates. We’re building pipelines and keep in touch with past applicants. We engage passive candidates and create a strong network. We know where to look for experienced candidates meet new talent in the most unexpected places. We’re not afraid to explore, and benefit from social media recruiting. If we see a department growing, we collaborate with managers to forecast their hiring needs. In this position we attend HR events to stay up-to-date with recruitment trends. In our HR it's all about development – for employees and the company – and a good recruiter keeps that in mind. We just make sure their company continuously attracts and keeps good people.

 

1. Regular tasks

  • Identify with Business Partner current needs in personnel for their business unit​
  • Identifying job requirements and determining qualification criteria for candidates​
  • Determining optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks​
  • Crafting sourcing strategies through online channels​
  • Advertising job openings ​
  • Actively sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Behance and headhunting on LinkedIn, or similar)​
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms​
  • Interviewing and evaluating candidates ​
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers​
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits​
  • Promote employer brand through recruitment activities including job fares, local community events, social media etc.​
  • Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person​
  • Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language​
  • Develop and distribute candidate experience surveys​
  • Other duties as assigned  

 

2. Responsibilities

  • Monitor HR metrics like time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire​
  • Collaborate with managers and Business Partner to identify future hiring needs​
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved​
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during hiring process​
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, Employee Handbook, and government laws regarding employment practices​
  • Being a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations​
  • Tracking execution of hiring plan ​
  • Ensuring and keeping track of the deadlines for recruiting ​
  • Reporting HR statistics to HR Business Partner and HR Director​
  • Ensuring sufficient candidates in pipeline continuously ​

 

3. Requirements

  • 5 or more years of working in recruitment
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Proactive attitude, excellent communication and time management skills
  • Dependable, accurate, resourceful and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Croatian language is a must
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
