1. Work tasks & responsibilites:

Preparation of Quality Inspection Processes for Incoming, In-process, production line and end-of-line inspections:

• Create Control Plan for the component and vechile inspection
• Create detailed procedures, work instructions, inspection standards and checklists

Perform inspection, Non-conformance & maintain records:

• Incoming parts to Warehouse from suppliers
• Inhouse production (Carbon parts - Painted parts - Upholstered parts)
• In-line inspection on vehicle level: Tightening validation - Visual inspection of assemblies - Inspection of the vehicle HV architecture
• Handling inspections through FaroArm, 3D Scanner, part inspection gauges & equipments
• Issue Non-conformance reports for all inspections in ERP and quarantine management

Vehicle EOL - based on processes, checklists and job instructions:

• Perform calibrations on the vehicles
• Perform static inspections
• Perform dynamic inspections
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Traceability and reporting of quality activities by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database
• Issue raising, tracking and validation
• Support investigation of any quality issues to identify root cause and raise appropriate corrective actions
• Proposing improvements to the quality and production processes
• Ensure compliance & conformity for all activities involved
• Other duties as assigned

2. Required skills, competencies & qualifications:

• Education: High school level or higher
• Good organizational, verbal and written communications skills. The candidate must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in English
• Ability to work effectively (even under pressure) to meet deadlines and goals with clear communication skills
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Driver Licence B class
