Junior EOL Testing Technician - Inverter (m/f)

We are looking for Testing Technician who will be part of the Production team in Veliko Trgovišće and will work on End-Of-Line (EOL) tests for Inverters. The ideal candidate has a strong background in testing of electrical components in different phase of development and/or in EOL phase.


1. Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for safety of personals and equipment
  • Planning the test schedule between different development teams
  • Preparation of physical test setup (components alignment, tightening, check tests..)
  • Setting up testing equipment (mechanical/electrical/software)
  • To execute tests based on written test procedures
  • Creation and archiving of test reports
  • Coordination with development team to resolve issues
  • To keep testing area clean and highly organized
  • Writing daily reports
  • Proactivity and initiative on improving of all aspects of testing
  • To write precise and clear reports about found issues
  • Work with High-Voltages


2. Requirements:

  • High-school degree or higher in electrical field (or similar technical field)
  • At least 1 years of professional experience in testing
  • Good English skills, both in verbal and written form
  • Experience with oscilloscopes and high voltage/power
  • Highly Skilled in organization and planning
  • Highly motivated and accountable for assigned tasks
  • A proactive team player, who is not afraid to take initiative to improve things
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with other Hardware, Software and Test Engineers
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Experience with common MS office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Driving licence for B category


3. Considered as an advantage: 

  • Experience of working in test labs
  • Low voltage, control system and CAN network experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of production technology for powertrain components
