Specific job responsibilities will depend upon the active project and may include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the development of projects through the V model
  • Implementation of technology, design, demonstrators, models, and validation strategies
  • Architecture Design, Optimisation and Analysis (Visio/Enterprise Architect/Mathworks Toolchains)
  • Hands-on development and testing of Electrical Systems/HIL Rigs
  • Progression of projects, ensuring technical delivery is met
  • Prototyping technical solutions (physical/simulation)

This role will also include working as part of a dynamic team to help develop and execute our vision, mission & values and concretizing our objective to do measurable social and environmental good.


2. Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic or allied discipline.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a relevant industry or in related research.
  • Innovative and creative approach to problem solving
  • Good understanding of electronics design for manufacture
  • Passionate about electrification and de-carbonization
  • Good understanding of multiple software platforms (Written(C/C++/Python/Matlab) / Model Based Design(Simulink))
  • Working to relevant Standards and Regulations
  • Experience with designing High Voltage systems
  • Experience with Design Validation and Testing
  • Ability to prepare and present effectively to audiences from different backgrounds.
  • Maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers and other departments.
  • Strong verbal and written skills and excellent interpersonal skills



3.Considered as an advantage

  • Experience working in or leading cross-functional teams
  • Structuring & Developing requirements capture tools (JIRA, DOORS, or similar)
  • Previous experience working with Li-ion batteries, inverters and electric motors
  • Designing to safety standards such as ISO26262
