We are seeking a HR Business Partner to assist with the formation and development of a new business unit within Rimac Technology. The successful candidate will have a diverse set of responsibilities within this role, with an initial focus on headhunting, formation of people & skills strategy, creation of initiatives to support the achievement of business goals and the preservation/promotion of company culture and values. 




  • Targeted headhunting for key/senior recruits in multiple  set of markets and skillsets (mobility, energy, infrastructure)
  • Developing and refining people & skills strategy
  • Continuous work on employee’s productivity, including for remote workers
  • Developing and enacting activities to increase the satisfaction of employees across multiple locations
  • Actively listening to the employees and acting on a feedback
  • Managing and allocating HR budget to maintain high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, Employee Handbook, and government laws regarding employment practices
  • Taking responsibility for the recruitment process - from the initial search to effective integration into the team
  • Acting as an advocate of the company’s values and culture to create a best in class work environment.





  • 3 or more years of working in recruitment
  • Proven work experience as an HR generalist, Business Partner, and/or Recruiter
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Proactive attitude, excellent communication, and time management skills
  • Dependable, accurate, resourceful, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
