Our team in the UK is expanding and we’re looking for an HR Office Partner who has the exciting job of making sure the office runs smoothly and acts as administrative support. The job will range widely in duties and responsibilities, from reception, and handling a specific type of paperwork to liaising with our HR team in Croatia.


The candidate for this role must have a genuine passion for working with people and well-developed organizational skills.


Office managers essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities and tasks will include, but are not limited to:


  • Liaising with the HR team in Croatia, local accounting, and HR partners
  • Assisting the organization's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews, and so on
  • Making sure all benefits are implemented in the UK office (fruit in the office, coffee, etc)
  • Managing databases, vacation requests or day offs, etc
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Monitor and authorize financial transactions and keep a record of monthly costs and payments
  • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries and directing them to the right address
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
  • Managing eventual office budgets
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Organizing induction programs for new employees if they skip onboarding in Croatia
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Other duties as assigned
