1. Tasks:

Regular tasks:

• Targets setting, writing requirements, status tracking and steering of the attributes development till the final sign-off; external aerodynamics (including active systems), interior aerodynamics (cabin and human comfort) and aerothermal (underhood and brakes thermal management).

• Integrate and overview the team of engineers working on same and/or different platforms and derivatives.

• Write a plan for both virtual and experimental development activities considering multiple platforms and derivatives.

• Develop solutions and strategies to achieve targets

• Write technical reports, organize meetings and distribute results to other relevant teams, departments or higher-level management

• Manage activities, work distribution and integration within aforementioned attributes

Occasional tasks:

• Support integration and long-term strategy definition in virtual and experimental development (planning, tools, team organization)

• Write standards, processes and methodologies

• Implementation of new tools and methodologies

2. Responsibilities:

• Targets and requirements definition

• Providing solution capable of reaching targets with respect to project deadlines

• Targets achievement and validation

• Budget definition and tracking

• Manage internal and external data exchange 

• Manage relevant testing activities (with support of facility/proving ground supplier and Testing team)

• Manage communication and integration process with Design, R&D departments and support integration with external suppliers (meetings and workshops)

3. Required skills and competencies:

• Technical knowledge and proven experience in field of numerical and experimental development of the vehicle aerodynamics and aerothermal attributes

• Strong grasp in fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, heat transfer

• CAD literate

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
