Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of chemical inventory records and databases
• Support in the review and revision of chemical documentation, including safety data sheets (SDS) and risk assessments
• Assist in the tracking and monitoring of chemicals, including procurement, usage, storage, and disposal
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and corporate policies related to chemical management
• Participate in internal audits and inspections related to chemical safety and compliance
• Support the development and implementation of training programs related to chemical safety and handling
• Assist in initiatives to improve chemical safety, including process optimizations and best practice recommendations
• Cooperate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective chemical management
• Participate in seminars, trainings, and workshops related to chemical safety and environmental compliance

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college/university with a major/concentration in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Currently graduating or final-year student
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to develop and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent collaboration skills (respect, consistency, decisiveness, accountability, cooperation, good communication)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Croatian
• Ability to work full-time

Considered as an advantage

• Previous experience or coursework related to chemical management and compliance
• Familiarity with safety data sheets (SDS), REACH, CLP, and other relevant chemical regulations
• Willingness to work with us long-term
