1. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading multi-million spend supplier contract negotiations, achieving best in class terms
  • Full ownership of the development and maintenance of the Supplier Contract Management Portal
  • Gathers and inputs all relevant contract schedule data including price agreements, payment plans, asset registers into the contract agreement
  • Collaborates with the Legal and cross functional teams in understanding policy updates, ensuring updates are captured within the latest contract precedent and agreed with the supply base
  • Accountable for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, including establishing partnership agreements with strategic suppliers
  • Responsible for facilitating the resolution of contractual disputes including impact value analysis
  • Responsible for the approval of NDA’s, ensuring where relevant GDPR questionnaires and DPA are included within the contract agreement package
  • Identifies opportunities to improve and implement new business processes


2. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial contract management
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Exemplify strong attention to detail including analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of professionally managing confidential information
  • Automotive industry experience advantageous, including understanding of automotive regulations/certifications
