About the Role

 

As a Corporate Development Analyst/Associate, you will be a high-caliber member of the Corporate Strategy & Investments team at Rimac Group, working within dynamic and high-performing individuals with significant, direct executive exposure. You will contribute to strategic, financial, and capital markets initiatives for Rimac Group and its portfolio companies, collaborating closely with senior leadership, portfolio company management, and shareholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate across a diverse portfolio at the intersection of strategy, finance, and governance in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Conducting financial analyses, valuation work, and market research
  • Supporting execution of M&A, strategic initiatives, and capital raising processes
  • Supporting organization of investor meetings and stakeholder events
  • Contributing to the development of strategic documents and comprehensive investor materials (including investment teasers, management presentations)
  • Supporting in monitoring, analyzing and reporting the performance of portfolio companies
  • Assisting in planning and executing management board, supervisory board, and shareholder meetings, including agenda setting and documentation
  • Supporting in the preparation of shareholder reporting and responses to information requests
  • Contributing to workstreams within large and complex executive-sponsored strategic projects and maintain related documentation​
  • Maintaining and updating the Company’s Virtual Data Room and corporate archives
  • Drafting and updating departmental policies and procedures
  • Supporting investor communications and corporate governance processes

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and financial modeling capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and structured working style
  • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Successfully completed studies in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field with strong academic record
  • At least 2 years of full-time experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, audit, or corporate finance
