1. Tasks:

 

Regular tasks​:

 

  • Requirements definition for Infotainment related systems and features
  • Analyzing and organizing stakeholder requirements
  • Deriving system requirements from stakeholder requirements
  • Allocating system requirements to the elements of the system related to the infotainment
  • Defining systems interfaces and interface diagrams
  • Ensuring consistency and clear tracebility between requirements written on all levels
  • Troubleshooting activities related to infotainment defects
  • Support validation team in developing system level test plan to meet the requirements
  • Coordination with other departments and suppliers 
  • Escalate topics to superior
  • Proposing procedures and processes to develop and implement for increase in efficiency
  • Proposing educations aligned with team and company goals
  • Task management in Jira
  • Coordination with feature stakeholders 
  • Solve problems and offer improvement ideas
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Occasional tasks:

 

  • Basic research on new technologies and practices related to infotainment
  • Present and escalate topics to management
  • Support vehicle development and production
  • Benchmarking activity to improve performance of the system
  • Intern mentorship

 

2. Responsibilities:

 

  • Breaking down stakeholder requirements for infotainment related features into systems level functionalities and requirements
  • Managing requirements changes through tools and processes
  • Provide status reports for requirements
  • Close cooperation with other vehicle engineering department areas, mechanical and electrical engineers, in order to understand systems functionality
  • System benchmarking

 

3. Required skills and competencies:

 

  • Strong understanding of automotive systems, components and architecture
  • ICT Literacy
  • Strong understanding of HMI and UX concepts 
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality
  • The ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to motivate others to meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to work under pressure 
  • Excellent knowledge of English 
  • Associate degree to electrical engineering or similar
