Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the KPI mechanisms to generate an overview of all ESG initiatives for internal and external reporting
• Ownership / Leadership of all ESG topics within Rimac Technology with the support of the Rimac Tech ESG Sponsor and/or Department Head
• Leading & executing the ESG strategy and roll-out plan within RT
• Review, evaluate and advise on decisions that affect RT’s ESG outlook
• Cascading ESG goals, policies and initiatives to all RT departments
• Co-operate with Rimac Group ESG & all RT Departments
• Develop the roadmap proactively in collaboration with Rimac Group ESG team for all relevant topics
• Analyse ESG opportunities & risks considering all factors and advising on approach
• Interface with all relevant parties on key topics such as – CSRD, GRI, ESG ratings for investors, GHG analysis within company & to/from, energy utilisation/certification, and others
• Propose procedures and processes to develop and implement best practice
• Steer & coordinate the execution of ESG initiatives cross-functionally in alignment with the Rimac Group ESG framework
• Report to RT leadership, customers and external parties on RT ESG topics
• Identify training needs and appropriate ways to address them
• Drive RT’s vision towards ESG being a core principle in all our workstreams
• Overseeing and enabling successful ESG milestone reviews
• Leading & coordinating team activities and cross functional activities
• 1on1 talks with team-members, team meetings, team building
• Review employee performance and development plans
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of ESG within Industry (Automotive; OEM ; 1st tier;  Battery/EV sector is advantageous)
• Project Management skills to coordinate, track and drive the initiatives cross-functionally
• Capability to collaborate with people of all different technical backgrounds
• Ability to create a roadmap and plan for substantial topics
• Attention to detail to ensure quality reporting
• Knowledge of global and EU standards, trends and regulations
• Experience in similar role of ownership or consulting
• Degree in a relevant field with ESG and/or sustainability elements
• Ideally around 10 years of experience in relevant field
