Our teams develop and produce both hardware and software solutions for our flagship, record-breaking hypercar, the Nevera, as well as for other automotive manufacturers’ vehicles. Working on technology solutions for partners such as Porsche, Hyundai, Aston Martin, Koenigsegg, Automobili Pininfarina, and others, gives Rimac a unique position of a technology leader in the high-performance electric vehicle industry. Regular tasks

 

  • Maintain internal regulatory and legislation change notification system​

  • Follow-up legislation changes worldwide​

  • Advise development on current and future legislative matters relating to automotive design, manufacturing, and functionality for respective target markets​

  • Support development and validation with interpretations of regulatory requirements and test methods​

  • Support in the process of the homologation  of all applicable standards, policies, and regulations related to components​

  • Support the development and maintenance of the internal policies related to the application, implementation, enforcement, and audit of all policies, standards, and regulations​

  • Work with external agencies and government regulatory authorities to ensure compliance of our products in the respective markets where the products will be sold​

  • Prepare, review, and submit type regulatory approval documents and drawings to applicable regulatory bodies​

  • Create homologation application documents and obtain approvals from government authorities and agencies​

Occasional tasks

 

  • Review and approve COP test results​

  • Support COP audits ​

  • Review Customer requirements at the start of the project​

  • Support cost calculation for homologation and COP​

  • Support development changes of homologated products​

  • Help in planning and ensuring the execution of homologation test and approval projects for the complete models​

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management and co-workers
  • Great customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of quality norm such as ISO 9001 and  IATF 16949
  • Proven experience in homologation or a related regulatory compliance role
  • Degree in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related field)
