Responsibilities:

 

  1. Document Management
    • Maintain and organize the company template database, ensuring proper categorization and version control
    • Establish and manage project documentation vaults in line with DMS policies
    • Support document archiving, retention, and retrieval activities
  1. Health & Safety Documentation
    • Process, scan, archive, and index HSE documentation
    • Verify completeness, accuracy, and traceability of records
    • Maintain and update HSE documentation repositories
  1. Internal Audit Support
    • Review and consolidate historical internal audit findings
    • Validate accuracy, completeness, and status in audit tracking systems
    • Assist in preparing audit reports, summaries, and management review materials
  1. KPI & Data Management
    • Maintain audit KPI dashboards and reporting databases
    • Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies
    • Generate regular reports and performance metrics for IMS management
  1. Standards & Compliance Support
    • Maintain database of applicable standards, regulations, and norms
    • Monitor updates to standards and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
    • Support compliance assessments and gap analyses with accurate documentation

 

 

 Requirements:

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of document control principles and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with databases is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data and documentation
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
  • Basic knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently while following defined processes and guidelines
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes
