As an Information Security Specialist, you will be part of our strong, interdisciplinary information security team and report directly to the CISO. You will play a key role in operating, maintaining, and continuously developing the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS). Working closely with various business departments, IT, and security experts, you will advise on cyber and information security topics, help shape security governance, and support the company in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate, continuously improve and maintain the company’s ISMS
• Create, design and maintain the company-wide security governance framework (policies, standards, baselines, procedures)
• Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX, NIS 2) and manage related audits
• Manage and execute information security risk assessments
• Drive vulnerability management processes, ensuring timely remediation and mitigation measures
• Evaluate, implement and regularly monitor security controls across the organisation
• Maintain company-wide security awareness and training programs
• Provide expert recommendations to business units on security policies, technologies and best practices, taking into account evolving threats and requirements
• Participate in the full lifecycle of security incident management, from identification to resolution
• Support business and IT projects as a subject matter expert in information security
• Participate in large-scale, enterprise-wide security initiatives and projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security considerations into business and technical processes
• Take on additional responsibilities related to information security when required

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in cyber/information security
• Strong knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX, NIS 2) 
  • ISO/IEC 27001 certification is a plus
• Comprehensive technical and procedural understanding of the development and operation of information systems
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to clearly explain security concepts across different organisational levels
• Planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to solve challenging security-related tasks
• Attention to detail with a focus on high-quality outcomes
• Valid driving license, category B
