  • Support the Launch Manager in the successful delivery of Bugatti-Rimac vehicles on time, at cost and to Quality standards
  • Lead deviation process with the team. Ensure rapid turn around off issues or escalation of blocking topics.
  • Support start up and ramp up meetings, facilitating the meeting, directing issue and following up on actions defined.
  • Support all Gateway events, assisting to ensure all supporting functions deliver the required levels of data to ensure successful events.
  • Co-ordinate all rework activities.
  • Plan with production rework with the production team. The bridge between engineering, logistic and Production. Deliver with the team the rework plan.
  • Lead Lessons Learnt process with support from Launch Manager.
  • Ensure all Launch Processes are documented and adapted as and where required to deliver Best Practice for the launch in progress and the follow on launches.
  • Lead regular reviews with representatives from appropriate departments to establish an action plan for improving quality
  • Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization
  • Participate in Internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance & conformity for all activities involved
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Deputy of the Launch Manager
  • Deviation, change and rework lead responsible for driving rapid response to build issues.


  • Experience of a minimum of launch environment or similar
  • Experience and knowledge of Engineering across multiple commodities or as a specialist in one commodity. 
  • Ability to evaluate engineering solutions as part of a team, logical mindset with understanding of automotive standards to be able to participate in cross functional teams.
  • Significant experience and demonstrable track record of dealing with issues during a launch phase. Ability to manage small projects, dynamic logical thinker open to new ideas and potential solutions.
  • Motivated individual, keen and committed to drive issues to the end solution for production.
  • Computer literate with excellent presentation skills to senior management level.
  • Experience with JIRA would be a benefit 
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with ability to communicate all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills


  • Practical knowledge of at least one area of Engineering.
  • Understanding of deviation and rework processes.
  • IT skills including Microsoft Office and custom applications.
  • English language skills.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree qualification or higher in an engineering field with extensive relevant experience.
  • Driving license.
