We are looking for a pFMEA coordinator to be a part of our Systems team involved across all projects.

1. Responsibilities and work tasks

  • Training the project teams (Project management and process engineering) in the risk assessment methods.
  • Moderating the pFMEA workshops and supporting project teams in conducting the risk assessment.
  • Challenging the project team in figuring out the failure modes and risks.
  • Providing a systematic and standardized way of doing risk assessments across projects.
  • Ensuring industry and quality standard compliance.
  • Upkeep of FMEA file register and guidelines.
  • Improvement of existing pFMEAs.
  • Keeping track of special characteristics traceability.
  • Supporting project management in keeping track of the deliveries:
    • Class characteristic summary
    • Special characteristic identifier form
    • pFMEA

2. Requirements

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Experience with risk assessment.
  • Strong organizational skills and systematic approach to work.
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Communicative team player.
  • Dependable and methodical (strict attention to detail).
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good presentational skills.
  • Self-organized and goal-oriented.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in technical studies (preferably mechanical or electrical).
  • At least 2 years of professional experience

 3. Considered as an advantage

  • Experience in Manufacturing
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Experience with pFMEA
  • Experience with pFMEA software (like APIS IQ)
  • Experience with Lean (Kaizen)
