Responsibilities
​

• Work closely with Director & the Heads of Operations departments to focus on project delivery within Operations Engineering, Logistics, Construction​​

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to drive Operations, using data analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, using KPIs and working toward OKRs​

• Delivering insightful analysis to communicate findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to stakeholders across the business, including leadership, to support strategic decision-making

• Controlling – Monthly tracking of Operations budget & headcount, as well as forecasts and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities for departments and projects

• Information Governance – Support team members with standardisation and information sharing across all projects in TEAMs

• Reporting & Dashboards – Lead creation of the dashboards with project teams for launch status reports and operations reviews, ensuring we track actions and transfer lessons learnt​

• Focus Team Support – Support Heads and Managers in execution of focus teams to improve the project delivery across the business

• Cross-functional Projects – Coordinate internal projects where needed to ensure delivery whether IT projects, finance projects, or operations specific initiatives

• Project Team Support – Work with project teams where necessary

Requirements

• Enrolled in studies of relevant Engineering background 
• Strong data analysis skills including visualization
• Public Speaking & communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Organisation and diligence in detail 
• Time management 
• Data handling programming/software will be considered as an advantage 
• Experience in a field of Operations is considered as an advantage
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
