We are looking for an experienced Powertrain Test Coordinator to lead our test engineering projects. As a key member of the Powertrain and Power Electronics System Engineering team, your role will focus on electric powertrain testing. This position involves technical work with advanced automotive technologies and collaboration across different departments. You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors, contributing significantly to our electric vehicle technology development.

Responsibilities

Development, management, and execution of tests:

• Design, develop, and manage comprehensive V&V tests in accordance with internal and international standards.
• Implement test plans based on product specifications, managing logistics for test samples from vendors and field testing.

Project Coordination and Communication:

• Efficiently schedule, coordinate, and follow up on testing activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Communicate test results, insights, and actionable recommendations to relevant departments.

Market Analysis and Equipment Management:

• Conduct market research to guide testing direction.
• Prescribe test equipment and oversee the development of testing facility layouts and equipment requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in test tools, software and hardware test methodologies, and understanding of drive systems, power electronics, and embedded systems in automotive engineering.
• Communication and problem-solving skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities, and a methodical and objective approach to problem-solving, with strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivation and independent work ethic.

Considered as an advantage

• Proven effectiveness in cross-functional and cross-cultural collaborations in a global environment.
• Prior experience with Electric Drive Unit testing.
• Strong background in test design and performance, with troubleshooting and application log analysis skills.
