1. Tasks:

• Work with Engineering team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure (internal & external) process capability in order to meet product and process requirements

• Develop and consolidate quality KPI’s for the project

• Represent quality department on project meetings

• Participate as support on MLA review and PPA agreement with Quality engineers and suppliers

• Prepare and present Quality Project Summary

• Facilitate root cause analysis and support on problem solving processes

• Collect and organize relevant data for Quality Project management

• Prepare and present Project Quality Gate reviews

• Set and drive meetings with project stakeholders to define issues resolution and to do follow up until solution implemented

• Define quality project milestones and deploy to stakeholders​

• Other duties as assigned

2. Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality Engineers through project deliverables​

• To be the Quality “voice” in the project

• Ensure quality requirements deployed and monitored along project phases internally and externally (suppliers)

• Ensure part quality (APQP / PPAP) preparation with suppliers​

• Build quality strategy according to main project milestones​

• Guarantee quality deliverables on time and tracked

3. Required skills and competencies:

• Experience in Project Quality (supplier quality or quality engineering)​
• 5+ years of proven experience in automotive industry is a plus
• Leadership and autonomy skills​
• Team player with strong communication skills​
• Project management skills​
• Preferred bi-lingual (English required)​
• Knowledge of quality norm such as ISO 9001 or  IATF 16949​
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
