Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage project specific quality targets and ensure they are met.
• Assess customer inputs to ensure requirements can be met.
• Manage reporting structure for incidents between RIMAC and suppliers/customers.
• Verify product samples and geometry.
• Ensure supply chain performance and the quality of purchased parts during the trial run phase.
• Create internal process audit reports and follow-up plans.
• Track quality KPIs, such as claims and change requests.
• Set quality milestones and target dates for control plan availability.
• Ensure agreed project Quality deliverables are met.
• Plan, align, and execute APQP, PPAP, and PPA activities, including internal PPAP.
• Define and manage control items and their frequencies, ensuring compliance with set standards.
• Manage quality cost provisions and conduct supplier audits.
• Oversee non-conformance management and lead corrective actions.
• Handle other assigned duties to ensure effective quality management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Sound technological understanding of RIMAC products.
• Basic knowledge of product development methods and tools.
• Proficient in documentation standards and procedures.
• High problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on quality improvement.
• In-depth understanding of relevant quality standards and norms (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Deep knowledge of the RIMAC Product Creation Process (PCP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage quality control throughout project phases.
• Experience in supplier audits and managing non-conformances.
