Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor project-related quality tasks from beginning of the project to SOP + 3 months
• Ensure compliance of projects with IATF 16949, VDA standards and customer-specific requirements
• Define, monitor and report quality KPIs and deliverables (APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA)
• Represent Quality in front of customers during project reviews, audits and approvals
• Manage claims, non-conformities and escalation processes
• Plan and conduct audits (internal, customer, VDA 6.3/6.5)
• Collaborate with development, manufacturing, logistics, suppliers, Sample Shop Q and Plant Q
• Drive lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

• Professional experience in automotive quality or project quality
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
• Audit competence (VDA 6.3 required; VDA 6.5 is an advantage)
• Skilled in problem-solving tools (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with JIRA, Jama, SAP, APIS FMEA is an advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in international environments
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education
• VDA 6.3 certification (or willingness to obtain within the first year)
• IATF 16949 awareness training
• Additional certifications (e.g. Six Sigma, TecSa, MLA) are an advantage
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
