About your new role:

We are searching for an enthusiastic Procurement Requisition Coordinator to join us in our Bugatti Rimac office. Our mission is to become one of the leading hypercar manufacturers and you as a purchase requisition process coordinator will help us to do this by ensuring that the incoming purchase requisitions of our business departments are correctly implemented into our ERP system. As part of a cross functional team, you will be working shoulder to shoulder with our procurement managers and finance experts to ensure process accuracy and you will certainly learn a lot from these experienced colleagues.

1. Your new role requires the following:

• Ability to assess and oversee general procurement processes by verifying and entering procurement transactions
• Document procurement transactions in ERP
• Align with business department to assess their procurement requisition requirements and support them in your role as a business partner
• Perform day-to-day procurement entries in ERP
• Communicate with various business departments, Finance and Procurement
• Support with periodic closings activities and coordinate the process
• Ensure compliance with procurement principles and processes
• Recommend modifications, optimize and standardize systems and processes
• Support with the development and documentation of business processes and procurement policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

2. What do you need to be successful?

• BSc/Ba or MA in business administration (major in Procurement or Finance would be an advantage)
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related administrative functions
• Experience within a company focused on production and product development would be a big plus
• Experience working for a multinational company or one of the Big4 audit firms welcomed
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor)
• Reliable and accurate

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and happy to communicate with various departments
