1. Tasks:


  • Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any business accreditations​
  • Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business​
  • Analyze current and future procedural needs of the business​
  • Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system​
  • Conduct Quality Systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors​
  • Host external Quality System audits​
  • Provide training on Quality issues and business processes​
  • Coordinate the review of Quality procedures associated with plant continuous improvement initiatives​
  • Plan Standard Operating practices required under the overriding Quality procedures​
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems​
  • IMDS activities​



2. Responsibilities:


  • Increase the Quality awareness at any level of the company​
  • Sustain the continual improvement through Audit activities​
  • Train and support different department for external and internal Audits​
  • Responsible for IMDS tracking​
  • Manage and improve all aspects of organization compliance to REACH, CLP and applicable Croatian Laws and regulations in cooperation with Croatian Institute of Public Health - Department for Toxicology and Ministry of Health​
  • Organizing the education for handling hazardous chemicals and other applicable educations​
  • Documentation drafting (Safety Data Sheets, Instructions for safe handling of chemicals, chemical labels)​
  • Keeping the record of import and production of chemicals ​
  • Continuous training of all employees related to chemicals and other hazardous materials used in production​
  • Ensuring employees health & safety standards regarding chemical use and storage are met in all areas of the organization​
  • Performing surveys of departments and facilities to ensure adherence to safety regulation and procedures​
  • Professional assistance to the company management and all departments in relation to hazardous chemicals and improvement of the monitoring system in order to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment​



3. Required skills and competencies:


  • Knowledge of quality systems​
  • Working knowledge of business systems                                                 ​
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), ​
  • Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect ​
  • Analysis (FMEA)​
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge​
  • Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and VDA 6.3​
  • Understanding of ISO14001 and Health and Safety Practices​
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to present data effectively​
  • Problem-solving skills​
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment​
  • Planning and prioritizing activities​
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
