Responsibilities

To ensure success as a software engineer, you should have advanced programming skills, experience with 
application development, and excellent troubleshooting skills. In general, the responsibilities will be as following:

• Modern C++20 Development with boost. Design and implement high-performance, asynchronous backend services for the Site Controller Operating Platform.
• Design and develop communication low-level and middleware layers for CAN, MQTT, Modbus RTU/TCP, 
  and other industrial protocols.
• Architect and maintain microservices handling battery rack management.
• Develop features such as Software Over The Air (SOTA), diagnostics, and advanced message 
  dispatching.
• Develop unit tests (GoogleTest) to ensure design robustness and system performance.
• Contribute to the software development lifecycle by maintaining CMake-based build systems and 
  Jenkins CI pipelines.
• Integrate MATLAB/Simulink model-generated code into the C++ environment, handling debugging, 
  software maintenance, and version management.
• Collaborating with the design team on developing micro-services.
• Writing technical documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s or PhD in degree in computer engineering or computer science.
• Experience as a full stack engineer.
• 5+ years (Senior) or 3+ years (Mid) of experience in the industry of modern C++ development.
• Proficiency in Modern C++ (C++ 20) and experience with concurrent/asynchronous programming.
• Experience in multiple programming languages: C++, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Strong experience with Linux-based system development and distributed architectures.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols: CAN, MQTT, Modbus, TCP/IP.
• Proficiency with CMake and version control systems.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Good communication skills.
• High-level project management skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Docker and remote development workflows.
• Experience with battery management systems (BMS) or energy storage applications.
• Experience with AWS services related to IoT and cloud computing.
• Experience with MySQL Connector/C++ and SQL database integration

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally, as required
