Responsibilities

• Support the manager, and follow up on topics 
• Presentation Management - ensure that the inputs are given in a timely manner from team members
• Task Management – KANBAN and MoM Management, follow up on open points
• Support on ensuring the change management process and the change management reporting
• Recording of Meeting Minutes & Action Tracking 
• Workshop Preparation Support 
• Align the invoice planning and communicate with the controlling
