As part of our World Class Purchasing organisation, you will be responsible for working in partnership with our Purchasing, IT, Finance, Engineering and Operations teams, to develop and optimise business systems and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our Purchasing Organisation.

 

1. Responsibilities:

 

  • Reporting to the Head of Purchasing you will be responsible for evaluating the current systems and processes, and to work with your peers across the business, to develop, improve and simplify the necessary processes and tools required to deliver New Projects & Current Business objectives.
  • Investigate and evaluate Best in Practice processes and systems.
  • Put in place development and timing plans to deliver Best in Practice at Bugatti-RIMAC
  • Support Purchasing Managers with the implementation of appropriate business measures (KPI’s) for each project and prepare Weekly/Monthly project reports.
  • Assist Purchasing Managers with Market & Project analysis required to deliver continuous business improvements and help drive efficiency projects.

 

2. Required skills and competencies:

  • Degree level education

  • Experience in Purchasing in a complex manufacturing environment.

  • Working knowledge and proficiency in ERP system and Microsoft Office 

  • Internal/external customer focused 

  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Results driven 

  • Excellent skills in written & spoken English

  • Driving license: B category
