Get in the driver's seat
As a Property manager , you will lead the management of company properties, facility operations, workspace planning, lease administration, and construction projects to support business growth and operational excellence.
Working across multiple departments within the organization as customers ,you will drive property and facility management initiatives, coordinate infrastructure and workplace projects, and ensure our sites support the company's operational and strategic objectives.

Where you’ll make an impact
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's properties, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant facilities.
- Administer property portfolios, including lease agreements, contracts, rent management, invoicing, and occupancy tracking.
- Lead space planning, surface allocation, and workplace optimization to support business growth and operational needs.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, contractors, external service providers, and legally required building inspections.
- Manage minor construction, renovation, fit-out, and facility improvement projects while supporting new building developments and expansions.
- Develop and monitor property budgets, operational costs, financial performance, and management reports.
- Maintain accurate property, project, financial, and administrative records while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, safety requirements, and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to continuously improve property performance, workplace experience, and long-term asset value.
What are your core components :
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of property, facility, and lease management principles.
- Commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and building documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations, building compliance, and risk management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with ERP/CMMS or property management systems.
