As a Recruitment Consultant, you will attract, assess, and hire top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet the company’s staffing needs. 
Working across HR and business functions, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and positive candidate experience.

Where you’ll make an impact 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs  

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for open positions 

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting through offer negotiation  

  • Administer and interpret psychological tests to assess aptitude, personality, motivation, and job fit 

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs 

  • Track recruitment metrics, support employer branding, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies 

What are your core components 

  • Master’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration 

  • 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role 

  • Exceptional interpersonal, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills 

  • Strong sourcing skills in LinkedIn and passive candidate outreach 

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills 

  • Previous experience with psychological testing in organizations is an advantage

Salary range: €30,000 – €40,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
